Go to the CTU Library, and open the ABI Inform database. Find and review the following article:

2. Wall, Tony & Russell, Jayne & Moore, Neil. (2017). Positive emotion in workplace impact: The case of a work-based learning project utilising appreciative inquiry. Journal of Work-Applied Management. 9. 129-146.
Your project proposal will contain a Practical Framework section of 8-12 pages (not including the title page, table of contents, or reference list). Develop these sections according to the following guidelines:
• Practical Framework: Explain how you will conduct action research. Include the following:
1. Identification of Grand Objective
2. Identification of First Sub-Objective/Diagnosis
3. Planning Phase
o How will you approach the problem within the confines of your organization?
4. Action Phase
o Emphasis must be on how you will facilitate this phase as you employ appreciative inquiry/action research (AI/AR) values. (If you are not sure, hypothesize what you believe would be the best approach.)
5. Facilitation of the Reflection Phase
o Identify the new knowledge created during the cycle (covering "What? So what? and Now what?"), and employ the values of AI/AR.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
