You should also seek feedback about your performance and use the relevant approaches to source the information you need about this and the opportunities to seek and arrange learning experiences.

Your approach should be one of collaboration, and you should communicate in a professional and polite manner. This should include asking questions and using listening skills to clarify and confirm your understanding of this.

You should arrange one or more skills development and learning opportunities in a timely fashion, as instructed by your manager/supervisor, and according to organisational requirements.

2. Next, you must undertake skills development and learning that you have arranged. You should work with others collaboratively to achieve development and learning goals and follow organisational policies, procedures, and protocols relevant to development and learning activities.

Once completed, speak with your manager/supervisor to gain feedback on your participation for your own review of any further learning needs.

3. Finally, record your professional development activities according to the requirements of the organisation. You should also include a record of your own review of any further learning needs. This may be in the form of a digital record or a report. All documentation should be checked for accuracy in spelling, grammar, and meaning.
