2. Students will write a 500-word essay, which they profile themselves as a leader.
Students should outline how their identities, academic, professional, and personal histories, and value sets have shaped their understanding of leadership and leadership approaches. How your approach to leadership fosters strength and weaknesses from working in higher education, how they are prepared to leverage said strength while remedying their weaknesses.
