Describe you authentic observation, include: location, date, and time.
In the next paragraph, identify any mistaken behaviors you observed as well as any triggers (causes) that you observed.
In the following paragraphs, answer the following questions.
In what areas of the room/curricular areas (stations) is this child particularly interested?
What mistaken/inappropriate behaviors did you observe? Describe the circumstances briefly and identify the area(s) of development you relate these behaviors to. Conclude by sharing what you need to learn more about this child and his/her behavior in order to draw conclusions/predict behavior.
