Identify a company in the GCC and conduct an investigation on their Corporate Social Responsibilities and Business ethics to answer the following tasks:

1. Critically assess their Corporate Social Responsibilities in the light of Caroll's (1991) model of CSR. The four part model of CSR according to Caroll includes Philanthropic responsibilities which are desired by society, Ethical responsibilities which are expected by society, Legal responsibilities and Economic responsibilities which are required by society. (L01, L03). You are required to give examples or scenarios in the company to substantiate the discussion.

2. Critically evaluate the emerging ethical issues in managing employees in the context of cultural diversities. Ethical issues include employees discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, equal opportunity and affirmative action, employee's privacy, employee participation, employee's working condition and sustainable development. (L01, L03). Give examples, situations or scenarios in the company to support your discussion.
