A thorough theoretical explanation/analysis of the issues identified in the description section which are Productivity, Turnover and leadership. In this section use the concept from the text or class discussions to demonstrate why the situation exists and possibly what is happening in the organization (the issues you described in previous sections). Therefore, you will be demonstrating your ability to apply OB concepts/theories. You should be able to explain how the issues described in the previous section fir into the larger OB framework.
