I will use quality in comparison to the church. The church is considered a business and also a hospital for the sick, a professional institution. Quality ties into professionalism. Sometimes an organization can be so focused on numbers that they don’t look into the factor of whether or not these people are true representatives of the organization.
In terms of the church, quality is necessary. People come into the church to gain healing to simply find an escape from their issues. Quality is important in my church because if one is in a leadership position then leaders must set the example for those that follow them. Quality is included in leadership deals with the way one dresses, how they talk, and how they present themselves. That's quality in my organization.
