Case: Negotiationg with an Asian government the terms under which company will build and operate an auto plant in the country. The US councel and a law firm with Yale trained lawyers. But, suggest the local speaker of the house, who is a lawyer, to help show me in the negotiation. House must eventually approve the agreement you negotiate.
