Choose one company in Oman and gather relevant information on their Human Resource strateaies and professional practice using secondary data only. Critically analyse their HR strategies, draw conclusion and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Assessment Tasks

Prepare a 3,000 word report based on the tasks given below:

1. Introduction - Write an introduction based on the following: (a) Theories and concepts related to HR strategies; (b) Brief background of the company; and (c) Objectives of the assignment.

2. Content and Analysis:

A. Evaluate the HR strategies and practices being implemented in the chosen company and relate these with policy formulation done by the Human Resource Department.

B. Assess the relationship between the HR strategies and the company's overall performance. Relate this in the accomplishment of the company's Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives.

C. Critically analyse the effectiveness of the company's HR strategies using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis. Explain the appropriate change management strategies you will suggest to continuously improve the company's HR effectiveness

3. Conclusion - Make a summary and emphasise the key points and issues in the report.

4. References - Use 10 to 15 references from varied sources following the Harvard Style of Referencing.

- The report should be in Arial font style at 12 size; computer generated, printed on white A4 paper. Spacing required in-between lines is 1.5 with 1 inch margin at all sides except the top margin which is 1.5 inches.

- Colored graphs and charts are allowed.

- The report should be approximately 3000 words in length excluding references and any appendices.
