Using your knowledge of prevention and health promotion, describe a preventative, health promoting strategy, initiative or program that you think will help reduce the risks associated with cannabis for Canada's children and youth. Indicate how your strategy, initiative or program will be implemented (who, where, when) and how it will protect and reduce risk for the target population. Remember, providing information alone is not prevention/health promotion, and has no bearing on long term behaviors (so although information and awareness is important, in itself it is not effective prevention).
