Common professional and/or ethical behaviors associated with HR include:

2. Empowering others to report unethical behavior or conflicts of interest without fear of reprisal

The report must contain the following components:

B. Description of how you developed and chose the course of action to address the situation.
C. Description of the strategies used to defend your behaviors.
D. Description of what you learned from the experience.
E. Overall evaluation of your performance. How do believe your behaviors were judged by those involved in the situation? Why?
