If you do not think Professional Ethics apply to your future career, then please pick another career and discuss how Professional Ethics apply to that career. The goal of this discussion is to gain a personal understanding of Professional Ethics.

ii. Then provide an example of how you would apply each of the seven steps of the Planned Change Process.

After reviewing the readings, please create a substantial discussion post considering the following question(s) in your post.
i. Which type of Social Work (micro, macro, or mezzo) appeals to you most and why?
ii. Provide an example of how a Social Worker can provide assistance across all three of these types of Social Work.

A continued hot topic during election years is the Affordable Care Act - Please provide your opinion on the ACA and if it should continue, be amended, or be abolished. Do you think it is working as planned? What would you change?
