Today I met with the client. She was very depressed and sad. The client expressed that she's lonely sometimes and always tired. the client complains about her job and how stressful it is becoming. We discuss ways to help her deal with the stress on the job. The client decided that she wanted to talk about our relationship and the communication problem that's a occuring in the relationship. The client expressed that there are lots of arguments in a relationship and sometimes she feels like she's being bullied in the relationship. I explained to the client that she needs to express our concerns to her boyfriend to let him know how she feels. The client revealed that her boyfriend has anger management issues and she also expressed that he needs to go to anger management therapy to help him deal with his anger. the client is for me when her boyfriend gets upset he punches the wall and screams. I asked if a boyfriend was ever violent towards her and she said no. I explained to her that she has to speak to her boyfriend to make the best decision concerning the relationship.
