How would you respond to this-Leaders need to resolve conflicts to keep an organization working smoothly and efficiently. When there is conflict in the workplace most leaders have the two parties communicate with one another to get to the root of the problem and solve it. Effective leaders know when the right time is to resolve conflict; they bring up the issue when there is evidence of the wrongdoing. Leaders also know the boundaries and when employees cross them. A strong company has strong communication. If an employee offends another intentionally or unintentionally then they need to come out and say it. If the conflict does not resolve, then a third party needs to be involved to mediate. Leaders are very self-aware and respect differences. They have high emotional intelligence and can resolve conflict in the most difficult situations. I have seen many different ways that a leader can resolve conflict, but the most effective was just having a strong communication and respecting everyone as an equal no matter the rank or differences.
