Homework
In most organizational change situations there are people who can be categorized into one (or sometimes more) of three groups:
a. Change Strategists who authorize the change (often senior managers)
b. Change Implementers
c. Change Recipients
Share your experience as being in one of these groups. Each bullet below has one or two questions, you will answer the one that pertains to you if you were in the strategist, implementer, or recipient role.
a. Which type of change did you attempt? Or, Which type of change was attempted in your organization?
b. How was the change received by those likely to be affected? Or, how did you react to the attempted change?
c. What was the most frustrating part of the process?
d. How would you rate the success of the change? Or, How would you rate the management of the change process?
e. What would you do differently if you had your time over again? Or, What would you want to see done differently next time?
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
