GM has started to design a new mentoring program to assist and train new expatriates to better integrate into the workforce and cultures of the foreign subsidiaries. In this report, the new mentoring program will address various issues identified from previous mentoring program, such as issue of high turnover rate of expatriates, low satisfactions rate, how to handle the rise of female expatriates and lack of evaluation of previous mentoring program.

ISSUES: high turnover rate of expatriates, low satisfaction rate, rise of female expatriates, lack of evaluation of provious mentoring program.

I. Design a mentoring program addressing each issues. Each issue (total 4 issues) will need 2 solutions from the new mentoring program. (detail explanations of the solutions, how are the solutions implemented by the company mentoring program and the outcome/benefits of the solutions.

II. Target of the program (explanation of below sub questions)
