Welcome to creative writing! You're probably all here because you have a story or stories burning inside of you. Maybe you carry a journal, or take notes on your phone whenever a creative idea comes to you. But, first this week, take time to review the readings and reflect on the writing process. You should also look ahead to the homework.
Write 700 to 1,050 words journal entry that identifies the key elements of the writing process and describes what you have learned about creative reading. Consider the following:
o How will you apply what you have learned?
o What writing processes will you use?
o Is there a plan you would like to follow to spark your creativity in the next four weeks?
o What story ideas do you have that you would like to write about in the coming weeks? Explain.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
