Assignment task: Your colleague Patrick joined your team three (3) months ago. As this is his first position with the federal government, he is on probation for another nine (9) months. Having worked for the government for several years, you know that all new employees sign an ethics and integrity agreement on their first day and that Patrick has committed to the following statement:

"Minimal personal use of computer resources, including social media and collaboration sites, is permitted during work hours as long as it does not interfere with work performance."
