"Cascio states that "Justice refers to the maintenance or administration of what is just, especially by the impartial adjustment of conflicting claims or the assignment of merited rewards or punishments. It is one of the fundamental bases of cooperative action in organizations" (Cascio, 2013, p. 550). Procedural Justice is the means by which outcomes are allocated and focuses on the "fairness of the procedures and distributive justice focuses on the fairness of the outcomes of decisions" (Cascio, 2013, p. 550)

Employees should be treated equally across the entire organization as this will increase morale and productivity; though, when an organization has intercultural settings this can conflict differences. I think as the HR manager in this type of situation, I would have to go with the cultural views in which the organization originated. For example, if the company originated in Germany, I would implement Germany cultural views. When an employee travels to another country for work, they must learn to adapt to that particular culture in order to avoid and mitigate any conflict. Therefore, I believe that the organization should stick to their cultural view points versus trying to abide by the different cultural views. That being said, I still believe there should be a voice system implemented, such as participative management system, committee's or meetings, senior-management visits, and question/answer newsletters. Implementing such systems with assist in keeping employee morale higher and with employee morale higher, that increases productivity of the organization."
