How to create a proposal for a plan

How to Create a proposal for a plan:

Create a proposal for a plan, the pricing allocation, and the timeline for the plan and will culminate in an entire execution plan for a one-year internet marketing campaign.

Overview:

The final project for this course is the creation of several elements for strategic internet marketing. The final project consists of creating a proposal for a plan, the pricing allocation, and the timeline for the plan and will culminate in an entire execution plan for a one-year internet marketing campaign. The project is divided in to three milestones, which will be submitted at various points throughout the course to scaffold learning and ensure quality final submissions. These milestones will be submitted in Modules Six, Seven, and Eight, with the Final Project due in Module Nine.

Objectives:

To successfully complete this project, you will be expected to apply what you have learned in this course and should include several of the following course objectives:

• Understand the importance, fundamentals, and best practices behind strategic internet marketing from a high-level perspective
• Explain the working components and subcomponents of strategic internet marketing from a specific strategy level
• Analyze the process and costs of strategic internet marketing components and campaigns
• Create a high-level strategy for strategic internet marketing for a product based and service based business

Main Elements:

Milestone One (Due in Module Six)
Internet Marketing Campaign Proposal

For the first milestone of the project, create a strategic internet marketing proposal for a one-year internet marketing campaign for a business that can either be a product or a service. The product or service selected must be an actual brand and, if possible, reference their current digital assets as sources. The proposal should consist of four different strategic internet marketing initiatives. There should be one initiative for each quarter, and the proposal should be at least four pages in length. Include the following:

• A brief summary of the initiative
• The initiative in each quarter
• The goals of the initiative, and how the goals will lead into the next quarter
• How the previous initiative is maintained in the subsequent quarter

Create your ideas based off of hypothetical knowledge gained in each initiative.

Milestone Two: (Due in Module Seven)

Price Allocation for an Internet Marketing Campaign

For the second milestone, explain how you are going to allocate $250,000 across the four different initiatives (one initiative for each quarter). Allocate a portion of the budget to each initiative. It could be spent on research, creating new assets (a website, a social media platform, etc.), or updating older assets. Justify each decision for where you choose to spend the money. Describe budgetary concerns such as man-hours, personnel, hired agencies, and deliverables for each chunk of money you are allocating. Use the various resources available to aid in justifying pricing. Additionally, this milestone may require research and due diligence on contacting vendors to gauge estimates. Please cite all sources as needed. This milestone should be at least four pages in length.

Milestone Three (Due in Module Eight):

Timeline for an Internet Marketing Campaign:

For the third milestone, write an expected timeline for the plan. Each component of the plan will include many different parts that may have to be completed in parallel or in order of completion. This step needs to outline what specific tasks go into each initiative. Include the following:

• Determine which component or subcomponent need to be accomplished in the plan
• When each subcomponent of the plan will be executed
• When the analysis of each aspects of the plan will be executed

In addition, describe how each component will come together within the plan. Describe how each initiative will be evaluated, when, and what adjustments will need to be made to them. This milestone should be at least four pages in length.

Final Draft and Execution Plan for Internet Marketing Campaign:

Submit your final drafts for the first three milestones. For the Final Project, create an execution plan. The execution plan should be an overall summary of each of the three milestones which should result in a brief overview.

Assume that this plan will be presented to management to inform them of the plan, the tasks involved, the timeline, and the budget. The Final Project can include resources like Gantt charts, schedules, calendars, and any other resource that helps visualize the plan in a brief and concise manor. The Final Project should be at least three pages long.
