Rationale
This problem will give you an opportunity to apply an email messaging pattern and instruction writing process to an instructional email message.

Choose one of the following business processes to instruct on that you are familiar with and have enough knowledge on to complete this assessment without doing research:
a) how to create a LinkedIn profile (consider the following: how to add photos, create a bio, make a post, connect to new people, etc.)
b) how to set up a Zoom call for multiple people and instruct them on how to use Zoom
c) how to bake or cook your favourite meal (consider the following: shopping for ingredients, putting out the tools, cooking/baking steps, storing the food)
d) how to create a presentation using PowerPoint (consider the following: creating a file, adding headers and text, inserting photos and video, adding Notes, etc.)
