A study that is conducted in one of the State Universities in Northern Philippines with a sample population of 60%, all of which are fourth-year students, found that gaps among students as to their perception of students' right to education as affected by their gender, ethnicity, religion and socio-economic status (Valderrama et al, 2015). The pandemic COVID-19 has led to the unfortunate loss of human life and presents challenges to public health, the world's economy, and education; amidst the pandemic, one of the affected areas is education worldwide, including the Philippines, and see that many students have been facing many problems such as internet connectivity, overload of lessons activities, financial-related issues, lack of resources for online classes or access to technology, and mental health-related problems (Fulgencio et al, 2021). Further, this study investigates the impact of self-efficacy on the academic motivation of senior high students. Based on the statistical analysis, the findings revealed that the students' self-efficacy significantly affects their academic achievement (p=. 000) with an associated probability greater than 0.05 level of significance. Because technological expertise is one of the criteria that are required in this research, the study is relevant to the researchers' current investigation.
