Teamwork and collaborative work environments are becoming the norm with technology facilitating global, flexible, remote work environments. In this week's discussion:
1. Identify how organizations create collaborate working environments when employees work remotely or are geographically separated.
2. In particular, define what a "collaborate working environment" is and cite two specific strategies you would propose that would make a working environment a "collaborative" one that is also efficient and effective.
