Problem: Strategic Planning For Educators
In this problem, the student will create an operational plan which addresses critical issues based on a strategic planning model and design a plan to monitor implementation and progress towards meeting goals on the strategic and operational plan. As part of the assignment, the student will discuss how one goes about making changes/revisions to strategic and operational plans. The student will use the bullet points starting with "Understanding the context" to develop your assignment. It should be a minimum of 5-6 in length.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
