Stage 1: You need to

5. you need to cut 15% of your staff create a department plan to support the organizations goals - what responsibilities does everyone have?

Stage 2 : the departments technology is out dated - to the extent it is affecting your departments revenue contribution. A new system is available, which cost $250k. Therefore, you must develop a "proposal" (written ) for the executive committee. Bounus awards - supervisor. if this department meets the required goals at the end of the year (last day of this course)you will receive a year-end bonus in the amount of two hundred and seventy five thousand dollars ($275). if the department does not meet the oganizations goals your bonus at the end of th year will be in amount of fifty thousand dollars (50k). Bonus policy any employee who qualifies for a bonus has the option to keep the bonus in full, or give any percentage of such bonus to their next subordinates. The employee must report to corporate in writing in the following information.

1. who is receiving a portion of the bonus?

2. how much each individual is receiving and an analogy of such.

3. an analogy whu you decided not to provide a percentage to any of your subordinates.
