Assignment task: First, pick a case from the "Innocence Project" located at: The Innocence Project. Pick the case carefully, and make sure you can answer all of the questions below using that case. For this assignment you are to answer each of the following questions as thoroughly as possible using knowledge gained from the entire course, applicable case law and other relevant resources.

1. Discuss the integrity of evidence in the case and how the integrity of the evidence affected the admissibility of such in the court case.
2. Discuss the potential impact that evidence has on the outcome of a case and how due process may be affected by the integrity and admissibility of evidence in the courtroom.
3. Offer one way in which you think the system needs to be improved in terms of the admissibility of certain evidence and why this should be considered.
4. Discuss how some aspect (step/process) of criminal procedure might be changed to lessen the likelihood of someone being wrongly convicted from a criminal procedure/process context. Be sure to discuss the actual procedure/step/process, in addition to how and why it should be changed.
5. Discuss the post- conviction remedy in the case and your thoughts as to the revocation of freedom from someone who may be innocent.
