iv. MBTI
Create a 700 to 1050 words paper that discusses the following on the employee assessments you researched:
i. List the assessments you chose.
ii. Discuss the critical factors of each assessment.
iii. How each assessments was developed?
iv. How each assessment is administered?
v. Are there any validity or reliability studies that support each assessment?
vi. Rate all the assessments in terms of their value in designing employee development offerings.
vii. Indicate your assessment preference. Explain the strengths of the tool.
