Problem 1: Does your district regularly review school and community partnership effectiveness through a variety of measures? Give examples of measures of effectiveness. Surveys? Perceptual data? Attendance? Sign-in sheets? Impact on student data? How do you know your partnerships are effective?
Problem 2: How does your district share progress and challenges? It is incredibly important to take time to celebrate successes, share challenges, and consider ways to improve. Provide examples of how your district does that. If the district needs improvement in this area, how would you lead that effort?
