Create a PowerPoint presentation in which you interpret how personal and societal mindsets can act as a barrier to diversity. This presentation continues your original out-brief presentation from your local workgroup. Consider the following questions:
1. What are some of the personal and societal mindsets that exist that prevent acceptance of diversity?
2. How do stereotypes, biases, and cultural baggage play a role?
3. What are some ways that a human resources professional can assist in alleviating these mindsets in an organization to help create a culture that embraces diversity?
