a) Neither Berta nor Peter eats breakfast at home. Either Berta eats breakfast at work or eats breakfast with Martha, unless of course she does not eat any breakfast. Peter eats either lunch or dinner but not both lunch and dinner, although he never eats breakfast.

b) Some students prefer easy exercisesand easy exercises are not boring. Although not all students prefer easy exercises, no student wants a bad grade. It is not the case that all students want a bad grade and prefer easy exercises, although all students want a good grade and not all students prefer easy exercises. Therefore, neither all students love their exercises nor all students hate their exercises.
