- Once all video's have been submitted on due date, you will then watch your "how to video".
- Prepare a minimum 5 page word processed reflection paper (including cover page)and submit it at the beginning of class on March 21st, 2013that assesses the following 10 questions:
1. How did you as a trainer gain attention? What else might you have considered using?
2. Outline the performance, condition and criteria of the learning objective(s) that you introduced as part of your training video? Were these objectives met by the end of the video, explain why or why not?
3. How did you stimulate recall of prior knowledge? What else might you have considered using?
4. What two instructional delivery methods did you utilize? What else might you have considered using?
5. How did you provide guidance for learning?
6. How did you elicit performance practice?
7. How did you provide informative feedback?
8. How did you assess your trainee's performance? What else might you have considered using?
9. How did you enhance retention and transfer for the learner? Will others make use of your video if they watch it, why, or why not?
10. After watching your video whatcan others take from this training experience that they will apply in their everyday life?
