Media Ecology--Choose to answer ONE of the following questions: (i) Choose a medium and apply McLuhan's tetrad to that medium. See if you can follow the example of the clock and think outside the box in choosing your medium. ; (ii) For those of you have spent time in another culture that does not depend on the clock, relate your experience of what that was like. How did you feel while you were there? How did you respond upon returning home? How does your experience relate to Mumford's discussion of the clock?
