After reviewing the essential concepts, readings, and cases, read the Harvard Business Review's "A Primer on Organizational Culture."

I. Select a company with which you are very familiar. Ideally this should be a place of business where you are currently working or have worked in the past.

II. In a brief introductory paragraph, provide some basic information about the company, such as its industry, how many people work(ed) there, your role in the company, and a general description of the company culture.

III. In the body of the paper, answer the following questions based on the Primer in Organizational Culture case study:

i. In general, how does culture influence ethical behavior?

ii. How do/did you set an example for other employees? Provide at least one specific example.

iii. Thinking about your specific work group/team, how can/did you actively shape the culture of this subgroup? Provide at least one specific example.

iv. How do/did you give voice to values in your company?

v. How do/did you feel about working for this organization?

vi. How does/did the culture of this institution contribute to these feelings?

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.

ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
