How did the practitioner communicate data and opinion

Assignment Task:

Respond to this: I propose adding to question, "How did the practitioner communicate data and opinion?" the following question: Has the report been formatted to be compliant with local, national, and international standards for aggregating autopsy information, particularly if the case of death by suicide and information about the method of suicide is not on the death certificate? (e.g., CDC's WONDER system) I added this question because data on suicides internationally is quite scant. According to the World Health Organization, 2003, with only 80 member countries capturing the information about suicides. While psychological autopsies are not only done for suicide cases, suicides are suspected to be less reported than other types of death due to the sensitivity, and in some cases illegality, of reporting on suicides. However, there is some hope. There are local forms and standards, such as CDC (Center for Disease Control)'s WONDER system in the United States, and the World Health Organization (WHO). WHO has used this data, gleaned mostly from death certificates, to report that suicide is in the top 10 causes of death worldwide and the top 3 among adolescents (WHO, 2023). However, more information is needed
