Suppose that your selected organization's culture has changed from a homogeneous population of students or employees to a very diverse population. At the same time, your teachers or trainers have remained the same. Recently, there has been a growing number of reports of potentially discriminatory treatment. Prepare a plan for investigating this problem and proposing training that might address the issues identified. In your plan, include the following:
1. A general description of your real or hypothetical organization
2. A description of the changes in the learner population
3. How cultural diversity may affect learning
4. The impact that training may have on addressing these problems
A list of goals or expectations for trainers/teachers with regard to facilitating the learning of trainees/students
