A. As a social worker, Do leaders need to develop relationships with all their followers and constituencies? How can that cause a change that is expected?
B. How can you explain that only a few individuals can succeed in leadership and management? Can someone be good at both roles? Where how can a social worker function well in these two roles?
C. Both Critical race theory and Latino critical perspectives have not been embraced in social work practice the way that many other theoretical frameworks and approaches address issues of race and oppression. Why have these two frameworks become less popular amongst social work practitioners, teachers, and researchers?
D. Previous research with social workers has noted that many social workers feel a sense of discomfort when talking about issues of race and racism.
