Problem: In our chapter on Transformational Leadership, there is a section called "Other Transformational Perspectives" and this section lists the insights of two perspectives, one by "Bennis and Nanus" and the other by "Kouzes and Posner."
For this assignment, look at these two perspectives and make a note of the main points of each one. Then watch the 43-minute video about Manoj Bhargava
As you watch, make notes of how Bhargava embodies the characteristics of a Transformational leader. Then for your assignment, give a short analysis of the ways Bhargava is Transformational. Give specific quotes, illustrations and examples of how Bhargava represents the main points from either, or both, of these theories. State the ways that you would like your leadership to be like his.
