In regards to The Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS) assessment, please discuss the following and consider how these may be answered in terms of how this assessment is used for older individuals in care homes
a. The utility of the assessment (broad areas assessed, ages geared towards, criterion or norm referenced, etc), assessment pinpoints (breadth & depth), potential utility of each assessment and how that lends itself to goals.
b. Preparation considerations (length of time to administer, materials needed, etc)
c. Potential cultural considerations (in preparing to assess, in the actual process of assessing, in the assessment questions, in the goal writing process)
