Dean, Hubbell, Pitler, and Stone (2012) discussed instructional strategies that help students with understanding. Choose one of these strategies, a specific grade level, and a subject area, to focus a formal paper on how a classroom teacher should implement this strategy. Also discuss how you, as an educational leader, would look for evidence of this implementation and cite and use any scholarly references or information relevant to your paper.
