Homozygous sickle-cell individual is digested with mstii

The mutant allele responsible for sickle-cell anemia disrupts an MstII restriction site in the ß-globin. If genomic DNA from a homozygous sickle-cell individual is digested with MstII, is gel-fractionated,
and is probed with a short (200 bp) sequence that overlaps the mutated MstII site, only one band (1.3 kb) instead of two (1.1 kb and 0.2 kb) will be visible after autoradiography. Make a diagram that is
consistent with this information. Indicate the relationship among the probe, the mutant, and nonmutant alleles, the different-size fragments detected, and so forth. Use arrows to indicate MstII restriction sites
