Martin and Siehl define organizational culture as: The glue that holds together an organisation through shared patterns of meaning, consisting of core values, forms and strategies to reinforce content.

Either individually, or in pairs, prepare a 15 minutes presentation covering the tasks below.

1. Define and explain what is meant by the term organisational culture.

2. Explain and analyse McKinseys Seven Ss theory and Hofstedes theory of international cultures.

3. Using any organisation of your knowledge, comment on the effectiveness of the implementation of cultural change in the organisation.
