You are the GM for the Niagara College Food & Fun Emporium located in beautiful downtown Niagara on the Lake, Ontario.  This casual English pub has 120 seats indoors and 35 seats are available on the patio. This operation offers a full score of draft and bottled beer, a nice selection of domestic and foreign wines.  In addition, the full and impressive bar provides a complete range of the most popular spirits.

The food menu offers pub style food that is easy to prep and produce.  Most of the product is frozen but there are some fresh menu items as well such as tossed, garden, shrimp, and Caesar salads. Desserts are predominantly an assortment of ice cream and cheesecakes.

This operation is open 7 days a week and on most days, it is humming for 18 hours.
