2. Collect information on the five stages of the Hierarchy of Controls.
3. Present your workplace's (community services / Support worker field) WHS policies and procedures as indicated below:
- WHS Consultation and record-keeping policy and procedures
- Emergency and evacuation procedures - (eg: fire, bomb, terrorist attack)
- Demonstration of PPE required for your job role (if required)
