Having determined what factors employees and managers expect in a business, the next step, as a potential manager or owner, is creating a positive work environment. A positive work environment makes employees feel optimistic about coming to work and motivates them to perform at their best level. As you visualize your dream management position, effective communication and motivational techniques will be critical in your success in establishing a positive work climate.
In a Microsoft Word document, in a minimum of 350 w0rd MLA, create report. In the report, outline your top five communication and top five motivational techniques that you plan to demonstrate and implement as a manager or the owner. Explain why you selected those techniques and your rationales as to their importance in contributing to a positive work environment.
