In this assignment, as in the previous one, you are to use a full one-page memorandum format (identical to this one) with one-inch margins, single spaced, and a 12-point font (Times New Roman is preferred). You will find a copy of the article in Blackboard under the Memo Assignments section. The article relates how Bluebridge Digital implemented new technology in its efforts to boost employee engagement. As you read, make sure to understand the details of the article and think about what the author is "claiming", "arguing", "asserting" or "suggesting"?

The format to communicate your understanding and analysis of the article is as follows:

  • First Paragraph: Provide a brief summary of the article. By brief, I mean no more than four or five sentences. Focus on the essential ideas and facts presented in the article.
