As with other online auction services, the new system will offer its clients the ability to list items for sale which will include but will not be limited to starting price, specified bid increments, photographs, as well as the ability to upload HTML code to allow for creative and appealing displays. Other relevant information such as shipping methods, prices, item category, from and to dates of the item availability will be included. Prospective buyers will make online bids for the merchandise in which they are interested. The winner of the auction is the highest bidder when the auction expires, a sales transaction then follows between the buyer and the seller.
