A Proposed Change Recommendation

The document intends to report and analyze one change initiative which is highly sought after for the smooth operation and success of the bank. This report will be conducted in accordance to James Quinn's Areas of Logical Incrementalism addressing the transformation process, a plan for the implementation process of the change initiative with the help of the various stages of John Kotter's 8-stage Change Management Process. Lastly, a timeline will be provided finalizing the change initiative planning.
