GE expect their suppliers to obey the laws that require them to treat workers fairly, provide a safe and healthy work environment, and protect environmental quality. It has maintained standard outcome for itself and its suppliers to comply and this is the reason GE got Malcom Baldrige Award.
Can you please provide the cite or reference where this information is coming from? I've been looking in the web and I can't find anything about GE getting Malcolm Baldrige Award. Also, is there any GE Supplier that got the award as well?
