Assume that you have been appointed project manager for a new project within your organization. Your supervisor has asked for an update on your progress at the next senior leadership meeting. In a Power Point presentation, provide a diagram example of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for a particular project. (To meet the activity requirements, you may use a project you are currently working on at your place of employment or present a fictional one that you may encounter in your future career endeavors.) Also explain Control Accounts and their purpose, and work and planning packages and their relationship to the WBS for your specific project.
