Find rate of heat transfer from water to evaporating liquid

A cross-sectional view of a double-pipe heat exchanger. The fluid in the central pipe is an evaporating liquid while the fluid in the annulus between the two pipes is liquid water at a very high velocity. The length of the heat exchanger in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the figure is L, while the diameters of the two pipes are D1 and D2 (D2 > D1). The temperature of the evaporating liquid is 69 C while the water temperature is 91.3 C. The heat transfer coefficient for the water flow is 2906 W/m2-C, while that for the evaporating liquid is 4803 W/m2-C. Calculate the rate of heat transfer from the water to the evaporating liquid. The dimensions are: L = 1.2 m, D1 = 3.6 cm, and D2 = 4.9 cm.
